new blog

My sister, Jessica, started a blog through her business, Valeo Personal Training. She keeps it updated with questions (asked by her clients) and answers and other tidbits of information that is very interesting! I've already learned a lot and I'm sure you would too! Check it out: www.valeotraining.blogspot.com.
